How to set up your workout station

Setting up a workout station is simple.

You will need:

  1. A chair with back and arm rests.
  2. A flat non-slippery surface.
  3. A device to watch the workout videos (Mobile Phone/TV/Laptop/Tablet)
  4. Comfortable shoes.

Place your chair in an area that will allow for movement around the chair. Set up your device in a location that is visible from your chair. Many people choose to place their device on a table or chair in front of them. Click play on the workout video for the day and follow along.
